Deliveries to remote locations or areas serviced only through Speed Post may take longer.

2. Personalised, Customised and Bulk Orders

Personalised products, customised hampers and bulk orders may require additional preparation time.

Please confirm the preparation and estimated delivery timeline with us before ordering, especially if your gifts are needed for a particular event or date.

3. Delivery Details

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the PIN code and a reachable phone number.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer due to courier disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery locations or customs clearance for international shipments.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order details so we can assist you.

5. International Shipping: Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

International packages are shipped with duties and import taxes unpaid. Little Surprises does not collect these destination charges at checkout and cannot predict their amount, as they depend on the destination country’s rules.

If additional charges apply, you may need to pay them before customs or the local carrier can release your package. Any charges collected by customs or the local carrier are not collected by Little Surprises.

We declare the order value on shipping documentation as required. Customs inspections and clearance procedures may delay delivery, and release of a shipment is subject to the destination country’s requirements.
